is A Town House Stay about?
The World Corporate Services sublets the apartments for
some companies who have rented apartments for their
visiting staffs throughout the year, but they do not use
them all year round. Our services are to sublet those
apartments when they are not occupied at affordable
price, no fee, short term.
What kind of apartment do you
usually have?
Basically the apartments are small and large studio
apartments in a fine townhouse or brownstone building
with separate private entrance off the hallway, private
bathroom, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave,
cooking and eating utensils,
linens, sheets, and towels. All have air conditioning,
direct phone line, TV and VCR.
What is the meaning of short
term?
Short term means that you can rent the apartment for a
few days or a few weeks. Due to the
limits of our business, we sublet apartments for some
companies (see the first question for details).
